Well, today was a little rough. My husband and I attended our good friends' one-year-old son's b-day party today. There were SO many babies, kids and pregnant women there. I literally felt like the ONLY childless woman in the room. It was hard. I was happy for our friends and I love their son, but it just brought me down. Have you ever felt this way?

Oh Hun, I'm so sorry. That sounds like an awful day. Yes, I feel like that when I'm surrounded by kids, especially when we start getting the "when will you have kids" questions.

I am so sorry, I have definitely been there. {{hugs}}. I even had a friend told me over the phone a few years ago, I didn't invite you to our party because you don't have any kids yet. It's the way she said it, it just caught me off guard. Needless to say our friendship drifted apart but she's been trying to reconnect with me this past year because I have a LO now. No thanks fair weather friend!
