Alright bees, I need your decorating help. As some of you may have seen, DH built us a new bed for our master bedroom. This means the old bed is going in the guest bedroom, which previously only had a futon. The guest room has an orange accent wall behind the bed--what color/style bedding would you do? I'm pretty open!!!

What shad of orange? My in laws have a room painted a soft, almost creamsicle orange, and plain white bedding with natural wood. It feels very warm and peaceful.

When I think of orange, I think of whites, turquoise or even grays.

@chrispygal: white. All the woodwork/trim is white. The bed is a light natural wood, but once bedding is on it, you don't really see it at all.

we have a burnt orange accent wall in our bedroom (the wall that the bed is up against) and we JUST got a new duvet cover for our room.
It is a paisley design with light blue, green, and burnt orange. I needed a pattern because we used to have a plain white duvet, and although I loved it, it got dirty SO fast.
We got the cover at TJ Maxx for a really great deal.

Could you do a simple white duvet? I feel like they have a clean crisp feel for guests, almost like staying in a nice hotel. We have this one from Target:

@PurplePumps: yep, both sides. He just redid our whole master with hardwood floors and built new closets and a window seat too. Pretty amazing!
