I got the dual closure one because it seemed like it was the most flexible and would last the longest. When I first used it 3 days pp I had the corset on the loosest setting, the zipper only halfway up and just use the few closures that are along the zipper side. 6 weeks later I used the tightest zipper closures and the tightest corset setting and it still felt like it was offering compression. I think for me it was worth it. I got it for my first pregnancy assuming I could use it again for subsequent ones. And while I don't know how my body would have looked without using it, I am quite happy with how well my body (well, my tummy at least - boobs are a different story) has gone back after pregnancy
