Is there a best position to feel early baby movement? I'll be 18 weeks tomorrow, and I will say there were maybe 3 or 4 times this week, that I thought I might have felt something that could have been the baby. They were all at night laying in bed on my stomach. I'm not convinced it wasn't just wishful thinking though because I want that reassurance so bad!

Anyways, for early baby movements (like the first two weeks of movement) were there certain times of day and positions when you normally felt it? I've never thought I felt anything while sitting up for example.
