I am currently 32w along and need to find some relief for back pain...
can i use a heating pad on a lower setting for some relief...
I thought we could also use this thread for other home remedies since the cold weather is upon us...

She also said prenatal yoga/stretching exercises is good.

I would soak in a warm tub, my back pain had a lot to do with me sitting all day and floating in the tub eased my pressure points.
You could also do one of those old school bead mats they sell for cars!

I always used a heating pad, just not hot enough to make me too hot! I used one of those microwavable corn pads or whatever they are. And lots of hot showers. Hot hot hot.

I occasionally use a heating pad but it shuts off after an hour so it isn't on long and I use a lower setting.

Warm tub or shower, heating pad on low setting, yoga, massage!

I use a heating pad every single day, multiple times a day. The kind you microwave. It helps!
