$1200 for mortgage plus an extra $1000 a month to pay back my in-laws for the money we borrowed for down payment. Luckily we will be finished paying them off sometime next year and have an extra grand to save up every month. Even if I had to pay for daycare, mortgage would still cost more.

Childcare is currently more expensive than our mortgage, but we are moving soon (if we ever find a house to buy) and I think the mortgage on a bigger home will probably be our biggest expense.

Mortgage, because I stay at home. I'm not even really sure of how much daycare would cost - I never did the research. I'm assuming it would be less than the mortgage, but not cheap.

Mortgage + Taxes + Insurance are way more than the daycares near me.

Mortgage, but it's actually cheaper than it was with a smaller less expensive home because we have the best interest rate imaginable and we sold two houses.
