Two vaginal. The first nearly resulted in an emergency c, precipitous birth in less than 3 hours, almost ruptured my cervix, sunny side up, ended in episiotomy and vaccuum extraction. I was up walking around a few hours after it though. Didn't take any pain med.
Next birth even faster, about 45 minutes. Minimal tearing, very quick recovery.
