Looking for some birthday favor ideas that aren't bubbles, play doh, etc. What's been your best or most creative? They're two years old.

We got some small plush fish toys at a 2 year old party (it was finding dory themed, and I think it was a massive pack on Amazon) that DD still loves playing with. (the party was in September) also, bouncy balls are always a hit!

@Coral: Mickey Mouse Clubhouse/Twodles. We're doing it at a playground so casual. I would love to find individual packets of bath color tablets but I haven't been able to yet.

What about a cute cookie or some sort of adorable little snack? Maybe fun shaped crayons? I personally prefer favors that do not become a permanent part of my kid's toy collection.

@LindsayInNY: How about board books? Our dollar store usually has Mickey ones!

The ones we've given that got the most compliments were small buckets w/ attached pails for the beach/summer fun. Got them for $1 each at Party City.
I've liked LO getting: packets of goldfish or gummies, crayons, stickers and stuff we can toss into the arts and crafts bin.

I second books, or something that can be used at the playground- balls, those big bubble sticks, sidewalk chalk.

I've done personalized coloring books for each kid with their names. I've been to a party where they gave out cute animal themed kid umbrellas. DD loved it!

For two year olds this may not be the best option but we recently got water beads at a party for 3 year olds and they were a big hit. The mom bought a huge pack on Amazon and repackaged them in a small bag that matched the party theme.
You could always repackage the bath tablets or kinetic sand too.

How about seeds or a small grow kit? Ltitle stampers, my kids just got dino ones they love. Balls are always a hit too.

We did a princess plastic cup with a package of fruit snacks in it, a juice box, a small sheet of stickers and a pencil recently.

We went to a Disney themed birthday party, I think when my son was 3, and the party favors were mickey mouse clubhouse musical instruments, like maracas and a small tambourine.

Disney pez dispensers with pez! I think they make sets with mini dispensers, too.

We've done sand toy sets that we got for cheap at Party City. We've also done books (set of curious George books where each kid got a different book from the set).

I actually would love bubbles. You can never have enough since they spill. and also great to keep some at home, some in the car, some outside, etc!

@caterw: We're doing cake pops for dessert otherwise I loved that idea!
@yoursilverlining: Thought about that since the playground has a sand box. Is the pail alone enough, you think?
@Cole: I actually thought about repackaging bath tablets in little cellophane bags with a cute printed tag!
@JerricaBenton: Ooh, cute!!
