loved the character development and insane plot twists, hated the ending. Definitely worth a read!

I'm reading Anna Karenina for the first time and really enjoying it! I bought myself a pretty hardback version with Christmas money, but since L was born 12/1, it took me a little while before I had time again to dig into it.

Fall of Giants by Ken Follett - it's the first of his century trilogy and I am loving it! The second book is out (Winter of the World) but the final book doesn't come out until the end of 2014, boo

I just finished Amy Chua's Tiger Mom book because it was a short fluff read. I feel like these days i can only read short fluff pieces because i don't have time to get into something more in-depth.

@.twist.: I LOVED the Thirteenth Tale. I've read it several times - its so strangely haunting that I'm in love. When you're done that one, you might like The Book of Lost Things by John Connelly.
ETA: Oh, and I'm re-reading Discovery of Witches and Shadow of Night by Deborah Harkness. So good!
