For the past few months my almost 3 year old chooses the same book every single night, Cookie's Week. It's very cute and I love that she has a favorite. My oldest has been picking a Shopkins book that's more of a guide, I have to say each of their names and she copies me. That's been going on for a good two weeks.

For the last week it's been Where the Wild Things Are, How to Catch a Star by Oliver Jeffers, and the Story of the Fierce Bad Rabbit by Beatrix Potter. He gets into a loop where we read the same books for about a week and then out of the blue he'll decide he wants new ones.

All the Little Blue Truck books, Put Me In the Zoo, and two Little Pookie books that we have. We had to hide Chicka Chicka Boom Boom because he wanted to read it all the time and I really dislike it.

@Jennibenni: haha we've had to hide some books that even though we like them, DS freaks out if he sees them and then it is impossible to leave the house or put him down to sleep.
