Last week, I felt a bit strange because my period is usually on the early side, so I took a pregnancy exam and got a BPT! My doctor wants me to do all this blood work before coming in for an ultrasound. Last week's blood work confirmed the pregnancy! Yahoo!
This is my second pregnancy and already it feels different. Any major differences you've noticed between first and second pregnancies for those who've had multiple pregnancies?

With my twins I was sick way more at the beginning and way more tired. I thought I had the flu and made my husband stay home to watch our son and just slept for two days. Later on there were more differences but those were the two big things in the early months.

Yay congrats!
My pregnancy has been very different from my first too. Morning sickness was worse and longer the second time. Migraines didn't come until my 2nd trimester, they were worse for my 1st the first time. I had bad acne with LO and nothing this time. And my backaches came much much earlier this time.... but I think that could be because I'm chasing around a 2 year old and always sitting on the floor with her.

Yay!! Congratulations!!
I noticed that my second pregnancy didn't catch me off guard as much as my first. Also LO2 is really nice to me and making my pregnancy very comfortable. I'm lucky.

Congrats!!! 
I am currently 9 weeks with LO#2. My boobs were exquisitely sore the first time and aren't AT ALL this time. I haven't had MS for either, but have lots of food aversions. The first, I hated the thought of tomato sauce. Seems like this time I am averse to EVERYTHING except bread and ice cream.

@Mrs. Train: That's exactly how I'm feeling :)! It's weird literally the next day after the BFP, I been getting morning sickness and so sleepy. DH was like are you sure it's not psychosomatic? I just feel this pregnancy a lot more.

@Clementine: Congrats! Yay for another May baby! I just found out I was KU w/ LO#2 yesterday, and so far it's been different (no symptoms this time vs. tired/sore boobs the first time).
