I just did my first track workout since I was pregnant and it went well! Now I'm sore though.
What's everyone else's awesomeness for the day or week or month?

I told the hubs that I did my good deed of the week today by visiting my MIL at her workplace with LO because she hadn't seen her in a while.

I provided good support to a family of one of my patients and got the patient transferred to the nursing facility of their choice. That always feels good.

@mrbee: Survived is right. I had stomach flu yesterday. Threw up about 10 times in the store parking lot. And it's funny how a baby doesn't care when you are deathly ill. They still want to be fed and stuff. Yeesh.

@mrbee: @sulli301: Thanks! I'm pretty much fine now, with a decreased appetite, though. Do I get brownie points for still blogging?

@mrbee: I couldn't sleep with the body aches and figured I may as well be productive! (And of course once I finally DID sleep the kid woke up.)

@Mrs. Yoyo: Yikes that would be terrible now with a LO, I'd probably call my own mom to come.
@BabyBoecksMom: I ate several chocolates and cinnamon cake after I worked out today. Figure I just needed the extra calories

I lasted 12 hours on my feet, running around like crazy yesterday but, I got the station I'm working at this week on the air with our software.
Now to explain to my ankles that it won't always be like this...

A little embarrassed to admit this, but in 4 weeks I will have my Associates Degree finally. After being in college since 2006 and changing my major 3 times, I will finally have something to prove I can accomplish something
Then I only have 14 more classes left for my Bachelors degree, and I can take my CPA exam!

@mediagirl: 9-1/2 months, so I've had plenty of time. I've gone on lots of runs but had been having soreness when I tried to pick up the tempo. It's gotten better and better but I've been afraid I'm going to hurt something by doing a real workout. And the people I were pacing with were decent so it made me happy.

MrsBrewer I am so proud of you! You shouldn't be embarrassed about getting your education! Who cares what age you do so? Kudos!

@ecogirl: wow, good for you! From what you've shared about your in-laws I'm guessing this took a lot to do!! BUT it might be a good time to bond and score some major points with them.

MrsWagon Thank you! I am going to try and wow her with my cooking. I am taking an authentic Japanese cooking class this month so hopefully the way to her heart is through her stomach! At the very least she should be happy that I can cook real Japanese food for the kids. I hope
Volksgirl64 Hooray! Good for you!
