Permission to brag?! Ok! My LO is not quite yet 2 & just said the ABC's with only one prompt at the letter H!

Even when DD is being a little difficult she is a generally very polite girl. She says please, thank you, you're welcome, and excuse me when appropriate - it makes me really happy and proud.

DS just learned to sit. Heh.
DD can apparently play several short songs on the piano by heart. She has also started making up song lyrics (which are sometimes hysterical).

DD2 finally rolled over, she is 5 months! Her big sister rolled way before her, but I was trying not to compare! I thought she'd never roll, haha!
DD1, 2.5 can literally recite the whole hungry caterpillar story by herself! She def doesn't get all the food it ate, but it's so cute to listen to her tell the story!

DS1 made gifted/talented program this year!
DS2 is walking, running, climbing....a full year after his neurologist said she wasn't sure it'd be possible!

DS1 knows 20 sight words and all upper case and lower case letters and sounds. I am so proud of him. (He is starting Pre-K in the fall)
DS2 is 16 months. He has started doing all the motions to songs like "If you're happy and you know it" and it is so cute. He understands so much now and keeps coming out with new words. -

DD1 is so smart, but I'm just so proud of her for taking the reins while I've been sick and being extra helpful and nice to her sister.
DD2 is sitting up like a champ and is trying to get to all fours to crawl.

@catgirl: ahh, so sweet! I LOVE when my kids are polite on their own.
@catlady: yay for sitting! Made up kid songs are always funny.

@travellingbee: he must love words! That's so awesome! My 2 year old had another language explosion recently. It's always so fun!
@avivoca: I don't think there is anything that makes me more proud than when my kids are helpful, thoughtful and kind on their own.
