Hellobee Boards

DH stayed home with DD yesterday because daycare was closed, I came home and he proudly showed me the very clean oven! He did it all on his own, I was shocked! haha but he said he was bored when she took a long nap.

He got up on Sunday morning with E and let me go back to bed. That was awesome.

We got a new cat who poops a TON everyday and DH has been scooping it so that I don't always get stuck with the dirty jobs.

He sorted, washed and folded the laundry. The only thing I had to do was put my stuff away.

He came home from work today and made us a quick dinner and took over with LO even though I had been home all day.

He tells me I'm pretty and feeds me.... No really. I had a rough day yesterday and was feeling really useless and he is just so suppourtive and amazing.

My husband and I had a big blow up fight about cleaning....again. But then our LO got a stomach bug and DH did all the wakeups for 3 nights straight because he wanted to sleep in her room with her, because he was worried. I offered to split the wakeups but he said no, he wouldn't be able to sleep anyway, so I might as well get some rest. That guy. He doesn't know it yet, but I am going to do all the cleaning myself this weekend to pay him back--without complaining!

He took LO and me out to dinner at my favorite restaurant tonight because I'll be OOT traveling the next 2 days for work so we had a little family date- his idea:)

Then we came home and my new Frye boots (my first pair!) were on the front porch and I was so excited when I opened them...I told him how much I wanted the other color but felt guilty buying two pairs in a week (while on sale) and so he bought the second pair for me:)

And just as an aside, LO has had HFM since Thurs, and just broke her fever and started feeling better yesterday, and was totally back to her normal self tonight...So it was just a great night!

My DH has been doing everything around the house and taking care of our 2 year old because I'm 36 weeks pregnant and almost bedrest. He's been so wonderful. What put me over the edge this morning was when he put my favorite t-shirt of his away in my drawer instead of his. My belly's gotten too big for my shirts and he knew I would want to wear this particular one of his. Call me a crazy pregnant lady but I literally had a tear in my eye it was so thoughtful

He arranged for my parents to come spend the night before LO's birthday party to help get ready and then babysit while we out on a date.

He took a day off from work today to stay home and help me out after I had a rough Monday with the kids. It meant a lot since it's not like cleaning the house and helping with the kids is a ton of fun for a vacation day but he made it fun for all of us!

We used to alternate getting up early to walk the dog. But I've been so tired with this pregnancy. He now gets up an hour before me every morning to walk the dog and make breakfast. He's a winner!
