So we are at home and on the BRAT diet for vomiting earlier this morning. He is 2 and thinks I am starving him. He just keeps crying for more food. I want him to wait but he won't.
Should I keep feeding him as much as he wants? He's had 4 packs of freeze dried apples, two bowls of Cheerios, and is working on applesauce.
He hasn't vomited in 5 hours.

I would start introducing other bland foods and if more vomiting pops up, go back to brat.

How about some toast or crackers? I was able to get down whole wheat cinnamon raisin toast last week while on a BRAT diet.

@swedishfish: we don't have Bread. I started a whole30 challenge and haven't been eating it and he eats it at school so we don't have it in the house. Going out to buy it once Mickey Mouse clubhouse is over.

@brownie: aw, good! I was sick last Monday and stopped vomiting around 3 PM but my stomach was really sensitive until Wednesday morning. Hopefully he is A-OK already!

@regberadaisy: Bananas, Rice, Apple sauce & Toast basically just bland, low fiber foods.
