On my path to eat healthier I feel like I need to find a breakfast I love and stick with it everyday but I think I may get bored and then end up eating a donut!
What do you do? Eat the same thing or change it up?
Whats a good easy healthy breakfast that I can eat at work?
I would do plain instant oats from a massive container. Bring a ziplock bag with 1/2 cup measured and make them at work. I would add half a banana, blueberries, raisins, cinnamon... When I started getting bored, I went back to instant packets on occasion but now buy the low sugar kind since it tastes the same to me (it takes a bit to adjust your taste buds). But do whatever makes it taste good to you!
