aka is it too late to sleep train and how the heck do you do it?!
My 16 month old is a terrible sleeper. He typically wakes up at least once between 12-2 and then again around 4:30.
However, I don't feel like it is totally his fault. My husband and I have created some terrible habits so I would love advice on how I can break the habits and help my guy learn to self soothe.
here are the bad habits I need help breaking:
We still give a bottle to fall asleep (and, due to a cold he had, reintroduced bottle for middle of the night wakings- I cringe writing that out!)
We stay with him each night until he falls asleep.
Any advice appreciated. School starts again next week and I seriously need some sleep!!
