Anyone ever made a turkey in a paper bag?
I saw this recipe on Pinterest and I think I'm going to try it, but I'm nervous.

I've heard about this for chicken, but not turkey. But how different are they, really? I say go for it!

I brine my bird and it's always juicy and flavorful,.
