You could just do a continental breakfast at home - doughnuts, muffins, bagels, fruit salad, coffee. Less pricey than restaurant and not a lot of work.

So we did a quick brunch/breakfast for Easter and it was pretty easy. We made up some quiche, cooked up some breakfast meat, had a big fruit cup, toast, and I made some cinnamon rolls. We also had mimosas. Yum!

If you like quiche, they are super simple to make and you could prep the ingredients beforehand, which is what we did, so the prep on these that morning was all of 10 minutes then we threw them in the oven. The fruit took a bit of time to cut and prep, but it wasn't bad really. It was enough food for everyone to be full, but not so much work that we spent hours cooking.

French Toast casserole is made ahead of time and baked the day of, and cheesy hashbrowns can be put together ahead too. I LOVE the french toast casserole!

I say save yourself the trouble of having to clean up and host again a second day in a row and go out. Does't have to be fancy, but you'll be so exhausted after hosting 2 events and having a 1 year old, it's worth the extra cost.
