I'm updating my wardrobe and need some help. My go to store has been Kohl's because I love that I can stack so many coupons and discounts. However, their style just repeats itself. I live in a town with population of 13,000 so there aren't that many stores. Could you please recommend a store:
1. Online store and a physical store that will accept returns OR an online store that accepts free returns.
2. Lots of coupons and discounts.
3. I am into simple designs and cotton for fabric.

Lands End? Not sure if they still have the relationship with Sears though, I shop them exculsively on line and I have had such luck with them, I've never once returned anything, other than a winter coat at their expense.
I like Kohls too, lol.

@BunnyDragon: I'm not saying it's the most fashion forward, but gap, banana republic, and old navy do free shipping and returns if you spend at least $50 combined at the three stores (plus athleta but that's more sporty stuff). I HATE paying to return something. J Crew often offers free shipping with minimum purchase but you have to pay to ship back or return to a store.
I order a ton of stuff from gap and old navy and just return a lot of it. I actually have made a point to order enough that I KNOW I will return stuff so I'm not tempted to keep some cheaper things I don't like to avoid the hassle of returning.

I'd suggest the Loft. They often have big sales (both online and in stores) and do I think they do free shipping for big orders that you could then return in the store as needed. I used to think they only had dressier work clothes, but they actually have cute casual clothes, too.

I'm such an Old Navy girl. I think they have cute stuff, are affordable, and they offer specialty sizes like tall, petite, and plus, online.

They have crazy sales where prices are much lower than Target.I went to NY&Co. after I had J to get some in-between work clothes, they were super cheap and lots of stretchy fabric so comfortable and professional. (I remember getting two pairs of pants for $30 and then a coupon on top of that)
Gap has great clearance sales, too.

Loft is my go to for well made clothes with 40% sales all the time. Work clothes I usually go Ann Taylor because they have more structured pieces. More expensive but also frequent 40% off.

i haven't shopped at old navy in a while and i i liked their sizing, i feel like it's true to size since they have petite, regular, and long, but my issue was with the quality of the clothes. has it improved?

I second asos. Free shipping and free returns. It does take some getting used to with their sizes since they're a UK company. But they have cute affordable stuff that is good quality.

Another vote for loft! I actually used to work there several years ago, and loved the customer service and quality. I still shop there frequently. They constantly have sales and extra sales off clearance. I love their stuff.
Same with BR- they're not as cheap, but they have pretty good sales and their quality is great. So for items that you want higher quality to last longer, go there.
Although it's more geared toward the younger crowd, I've always loved Maurice's too. Really good sales and even full price is great- full price is $30 for a top and then they run sales so it's pretty affordable. Last year they had bogo 50% for jeans and I got two pairs of jeans for $40.
