So can't seem to decide if I should add couscous or pasta to my butternut squash.
I was going to roast the butternut squash but I already have vegetable dish (roasted asparagus) on the Easter menu. I don't have a grain dish so I'm thinking of adding pasta or couscous.

The pasta dish seems a bit heavy. I only need a side dish, so I'm thinking couscous might be light enough.
Or maybe you guys have another suggestion.
Oh, I'm making a herb crusted leg of lamb.
