Do you get an email or letter when your disability payments are over? I'm so confused by the website and I want to make sure I file for PFL right away!

I got a constant stream of letters. They'll send you the next set of forms automatically once your first 12 weeks run out.

I got a letter about a week after the last payment I think which had the pfl form in it.

@Mrs. High Heels: agh - I was so overwhelmed by the constant mail. I was so glad DH took care of it all.
& yeah my letter came in the mail promptly.

I think I got a letter. I also think that PFL just kicked in automatically. For me, the process was pretty easy and seamless.

Soooo many letters! Yes, there was one that notified me when the payments were ending

@sylvie_b: ok whew, I get notifications that ask me to log into the EDD website. The first question is....are you still getting payments for disability? I don't know isn't an option!

@autumnlove: I *think* there is a notice I got online that listed the start and end dates? It might be in your inbox (of your edd account)??? Hope that helps!
