My OB said 200 mg was perfectly fine so I keep track of how much I consume (and I always leave a little buffer since stuff like chocolate has caffeine) and consume less than the 200 mg.

I kind of feel slightly guilty when I have a soda though (which is the only caffeinated beverage I drink). And it doesn't help that inevitably SOMEONE has to comment about how horrible that is.

Granted, it's a special treat kind of thing, I don't drink soda everyday, but probably 2-3 cans per week. And I always make sure to drink a little extra water and/or milk that day, just to assuage my guilt

What's your take on caffeine? Do you consume any during pregnancy?
