My LO was a huge spitter. We would go through 10 bibs a day. He wasn't upset and was gaining weight fine, so we didn't do anything about it other than trying to keep him upright for 15 mins after eating. It started becoming less and less when we started solids at 6 months, and around 7-8 months it stopped altogether.

LO was a happy spitter for sure! She spit up after every feed, usually multiple times, but it never seemed to bother her. We never used any meds or anything but did give her a bit of probiotics every day, although it never slowed down the spitting up. We started solids at 5.5 months (skipped rice cereal altogether and went straight to purses) but she didn't stop spitting up until around 7-8 months, when she was consistently sitting up on her own.

E spit up a TON. Like, it seemed like the kid was refunding his entire meal. We did so much laundry. Within the past few weeks, it finally (finally!) has drastically slowed down. We can actually keep him the same outfit for most of the day. He's 8.5 months.

DS is 13 weeks and is a puker. I was really concerned and wrote a thread about it when she was about 3 weeks. But she is gaining weight and happy and the doctor says she is fine. @Mrs. Blue linked to a blog post she had written on her boys' reflux, and my DD didn't have any of their symptoms.

My LO (3 months) is a mostly happy spitter. Sometimes I can tell she's having reflux and she gets cranky, but that's usually if we lay her down too fast after she eats. Otherwise, she often spits up along with a burp and sometimes again afterward, and usually at least once during tummy time. These don't seem to bother her. It's weird though, because some days she spits up a ton and other days, barely anything. We've had a few bad days lately and I think it's because she's gotten interested in chewing on things. The more she sucks on her paci or chews on her hands, the more she seems to spit up, I'm guessing because she's swallowing so much saliva.

My first was a happy spitter. She gained weight and never seemed to bothered by it so we never put her on any medicine. She did spit up a ton though. She stopped after awhile, I can't remember exactly how long, I think it just tapered off after 5 or 6 months or so.

It went away for us around month 5 or so? It was pretty frequent but I don't remember it being an issue by month 6. Our doc wasn't pushing rice cereal because of constipation issues, so she wore a bib ALL the time. So many bibs. So much neck cheese

We called our son Mr. Pukey. It looks like a lot, but he wasn't actually spitting all that much, it was just regular, if that makes sense. It stopped around 8 months.
