I found this plaque on Pinterest but have no idea where it came from.

I emailed the local place we use for trophies and he said he could make it if I send him the art work. I asked for more clarification and he said he doesn't have the circle so if I can send that to him he can make it.

What does this mean? How do I send him a circle? In my mind I open a paint file and draw 2 circles??
