I recently started doing this, and feel like a badass every time. It's so easy to do! I use the same technique as shown here (which isn't really complicated - in fact it's what most people do instinctively when they try this):

I can only do this with my right hand though... gotta practice until I can do it lefty style. I've run into a complication though: I almost always get a little egg juice on my hands when I do this. In the video above, you can see that the chef gets yolk on his hands too.

Is there a way to crack an egg with one hand without getting yolk on your fingers? Oh and can you crack an egg with one hand?
