Very good solid timeless name and of course I feel very strongly about Josephine since it's our daughter's middle name as well.
I was going to suggest the Irish spelling of Ashley if that was still in consideration, but I like what you've chosen best... though I would have insisted on the C, but if you've got to give in on something that's a good spot to do it.

I like Natalie with Josephine. Though I do love Katherine/Catherine (we have a Kaitlyn, of the same roots), the double "-ine" of the two names would steer me away.
