I wind her leash around my hand then hold the stroller handle. It's a pain but she generally walks straight but does occasionally pull. We use a gentle leader which helps tremendously I think.

I got an easy walker harness when I was pregnant. I have 2 dogs and it was really hard to walk them but the easy walker made it much better. Now I put LO in the jogging stroller (not my rinky dinky stroller) and stick the dogs in their harness and we go for a sloooow walk. When LO was smaller I would put her in the ergo and then walk the dogs on their harness. The dogs are both friendly and fairly loyal (the one would go exploring for a few minutes then come back) and I didn't walk them on busy roads or too far from home so if I had to let them go for some reason if I lost my footing or something it wouldn't be hard to get them to come back.
