Yup. We started working on this with her awhile ago. Now we are working on spelling and writing her last name. She's got 8 letters in her first name and 7 in her last name so it's not easy!

Yup, she's been writing her name for awhile....since maybe 2.5 years old? What's funny is that she goes through phases...she used to write it all caps, then she started inverting the Y,and now she's starting lower case letters.

Yup! And we've been through the progression of all upper case and now we are able to do proper case. Her sizing and spacing is improving at the same time.

My 4.5 year old can but my 3 year old has no interest in writing yet.

LO is 2.5 and just wrote the letters in her name independently today! She knows how it is spelled and how to make and blend the letter sounds. I think by the time she is 3 she'll definitely be writing her name.

Yep! Her Ys are backwards though but it's cute. Haha
