Toys R UsThose would be the big 3 that I can think of off the top of my head. They are in most bigger cities. Otherwise Walmart is pretty much everywhere.
My kids choice would be Mastermind Toys!

For us, Mastermind is only out in the suburbs and Chapters/Indigo would be a lot more convenient. Where is your friend located?
