@Anagram: my DH definitely does, and I come home with one for a while every time we visit, lol.

I did my undergrad in Ontario and most people knew I was from the maritimes because of the way I pronounced certain words. I obviously can't hear it.

@Anagram: DH is from NL, and he doesn't have anywhere near the accent the rest of his family does, but there are a few words that have a certain newfie lilt to them
Hardly detectable though.
