We are using one for Dd1 when we fly this weekend. Has anyone else used one before? I never have, but renting it seemed worth the money over dragging another car seat through the airports!

We have used one, and LOVED it. Seriously a lifesaver. LO hates the car seat but loved the harness and fell asleep just fine in it.

@sorrycharlie: I know this is an older post, but did you use the CARES harness? Debating getting one (you can rent them???) for my 3 year old on an upcoming 3-hour flight since we won't need a car seat when we get to our destination.
