Do you own any ceramic cookware?
I need to replace a frying pan and I'm trying to avoid non stick cookware but I don't want stainless steel...

I have a ceramic frying pan and I love it! You do have to watch it though bec it can get hot very fast

I have ScanPans for our non-stick frying pans (http://www.surlatable.com/category/cat450431/) and love them. I also have several Le Crueset sauce pans/dutch ovens and LOVE them too, but they are much heavier (http://www.williams-sonoma.com/shop/cookware/cookware-le-creuset/).
Highly recommend both brands.

@chopsuey119: Ok! I love Le Creuset for my Dutch ovens but I wanted a lighter everyday pan!

@autumnlove: I think you'll love it! Be careful with metal utensils on it, I wasn't and I caused all kinds of scratches in that pan. I have a bamboo spatula that I love (I don't care for the plastic) and an exoglass spoon that is good too!
