Whats your go to choice? I'm hoping I can buy at Costco.
PS this is for a party so I need several bottles.

I usually get Korbel at Costco. IMO when it's for mimosas you don't need a super great quality one.

Honestly, for mimosas anything that's bubbly and cheap will work. The orange juice masks all the flavor. If someone is going to want to drink champagne straight, that's a different story. We usually grab those cheap bottles of Barefoot bubbly at the store or Zonin prosecco.

The cheapest available. For me, the key to a good mimosa is great pulpy OJ.

@mrsjd: My sister and I debated this at Christmas! I love pulp OJ and she said for mimosas it had to be pulp free!

@T.H.O.U.: I like getting prosecco instead of champagne and I get it at Trader Joe's for $6/bottle.

While bad champagne gives me killer headaches so I generally avoid it, I still wouldn't use a really good champagne for mimosas. I agree with @mediagirl and usually do prosecco instead of champagne! Cheaper and works the same!

FWIW, the big gallon jug of fresh organic OJ at Costco is really delicious! Its not pulpy, but its fresh juice so it kinda has that cloudiness that fresh juice has? Anyways, it tastes fresh squeezed and delicious!

Anything with bubbles works. Get good organic oj while you are there. Odwalla or Kirkland brand.

Barefoot is a good one...might even be cheaper than Korbel but prettier label :).

I also vote for prosecco instead of real champagne.
