If someone has regular 28-30 day cycles, how likely is it that they get pregnant on the last day of their period or the day after their period ends?

I think it's very unlikely....though it depends on how long your period lasts and when you ovulate.
Sperm can live for up to 5 days (in prime conditions) so if your period ends late and you ovulate early it's possible.

Very unlikely, but not impossible. Sperm can live in your body for several days, so if ovulation happened while sperm is still alive, it could happen.

If there's more than 5 days between the end of your period and your ovulation date, then no, you can't get pregnant during/the day after your period. For most people with a 28-30 day cycle, their ovulation date would be late enough that it wouldn't be possible. That would be one LONG LP!
If you have a long period (like 8 days) and a long LP (like 14 days) that means that if you have sex on day 9, the sperm live for 5 days so they're still around on day 14, then there's one day when you could get pregnant (assuming you ovulate on day 14).
