@Mrs. Yoyo: We don't have the space. I think I might get one of those shoe organizer things that hang from the rod in your closet, and re-sew the top to hang off the side of the changing table.
I have less than a foot before the changing table hits the window (and it has shelves in back, behind it, but they are inconvenient so I use them for more long-term storage like extra wipes. I want to be able to access that when I need it, so I want something cloth or ... flimsier than wood/plastic.

But, I do love my plastic drawers for my own stuff in my closet.

@looch: I think I can install a bar from the wall behind the changing table. Thanks for the idea!
