It could've been CD 31 or CD 33 - it depends on why CD 33's temp was low. But I don't think you ovulated on CD 29.

@stiletto_mom: So you took the temp at a normal time on CD 33? If that's the case, I suspect you ovulated CD 33.

@stiletto_mom: EWCM is a sign that ovulation is imminent. But you can also get it multiple times throughout your cycle and some people don't get it at all.

@stiletto_mom: Since you don't have a lot of CM info, FF is just making its best guess. It could be thinking that since you had EWCM one day and a temp change the next, then that would indicate you ovulated. But it's not accurate since you don't have CM info for other days.

@stiletto_mom: OPKs really help too! It's a good way to confirm that you're in the right neighborhood!

@stiletto_mom: I'm going to be really blunt here... I would less worry about exactly pinpointing ovulation and more focus on just BDing every other day until you have a sustained temperature shift. From your chart, it looks like you could have ovulated on multiple days - if you discard your CD33 temp, I would have guessed CD 28 or 29, which would make your luteal phase 14 days. The 6 month stat (that it takes an average couple 6 months to get pregnant) refers to those with perfect timing - at the risk of sounding mean, it kind of seems like you aren't really sure when you are ovulating and, as a result, I can only assume that you might be missing your window. I'm basing this off the BDing you put in fertility friend, which may be inaccurate.

I would highly recommend getting OPK's, continuing temping, and just BDing EOD. I think you are assuming something is wrong (LP defect, etc) and potentially missing that it could be something as simple as a timing issue.

@stiletto_mom: Your cycle may not be predictable. As you mentioned, you've gotten a surge on CD 11, but this time didn't ovulate until CD 33 (roughly). You may have to use OPKs and temping to have your best chance. Last time I was trying to get pregnant, my cycle was all over the place. I resorted to using Wondfo OPKs (fairly inexpensive) in order to know when I was going to ovulate and temping to confirm it.

Looking at your chart I think the crosshairs are right for a CD 33 ovulation but the shorter luteal phase and relatively small change in pre-o/post-o temps makes me think maybe you have a weak ovulation.

Have you considered taking B-complex?
