@JoJoGirl: Thanks! Todays temp kinda startled me this morning I took it twice, it was so high, but when I looked at everything together it didn't look so bad. Heres hoping...:)

@April_Showers: Ok lady I think it's time to test. Your chart is like textbook.

@April_Showers: I agree with Jojogirl! Test, test, test!!

@jojogirl: TMI question: The watery discharge that like soaks your undies, is that before eggwhite or after?

  4. JoJoGirl

    cantaloupe / 6206 posts

@alison206: I think the 'fertile' CM is either watery or EW, but I'm not sure if it goes in the same order for everyone or that everyone gets both. I've never gotten EWCM so I can't say from experience.

    @JoJoGirl: @alison206: Heehee - POAS pushers!

Alison, I think it can vary. Sometimes, I get the watery stuff before, sometimes after, sometimes it's the only kind I get.

@grace: If I can't pee on a stick, I like other people to. Tides me over

@grace @jojogirl: I was wondering because all I've had is watery for a few days now and my temps leveled out. I was really hope to be back on a shorter cycle but I'm kinda losing hope now.

@JoJoGirl: @alison206: I would...but DH hid all my tests when we started (I asked him too until my POAS date...and boy was that not a smart move). I don't know where they are and trust me I have looked! Although...I am going to Kroger this morning for my coffee...I may just pick some up while I am there.

@April_showers: I've asked my hubby to do the same then I bought some at the dollar store.

@alison206: Someone earlier told me that leveling out temps was a good sign of ovulation to come. So maybe it's right around the corner!

@dharmainitiative: What, you think I haven't been chart-stalking you this whole time? I'm going to dub myself the new JennyRenny if @April_Showers gets her BFP ... she'll be my second success after @Mountainmama. Hehe. Loooking GOOOOD *wolf whistles*

@JoJoGirl: Heheheh Screw it! I'm gonna test! I can't resist! This is why:

If those are that dark at 9DPO.......then, I dunno, but that's my justification.

    Am I crazy?

    I think I'm crazy lol

  13. JoJoGirl

    cantaloupe / 6206 posts

@dharmainitiative: Hahahah... look if POASing will help you to stop obsessing about doing so, just do it to set your mind at ease. I tested at 15dpo even though I KNEW it would be negative (again) but then I could stop arguing with myself about whether to test!

  14. ChuckNorris

    apricot / 368 posts

@JoJoGirl: That is such a good point. I think I'm gonna test tomorrow, fight it on 10 DPO, then test again on 11DPO. I have like 60 early internet test strips. It's AWFUL trying to fight using them when I have that many.

  15. Grace

    cantaloupe / 6730 posts

@dharmainitiative: Lol! That's a lot of tests. :D. I agree with Jojo. If it'll stress you out less, then you should test. Just think to yourself that it will be negative...at least until D12 or so. That way, you won't be upset if it's blank.

AND GUESS WHAT!?!?!?!? I got a positive OPK!! First one EV-AR!!

  16. ladybee

    grapefruit / 4079 posts

@Grace:Congrats on your positive OPK! Exciting, get baby dancing! Hopefully my temps go up tomorrow. I have heard the same thing that temps level out before O, which in March when we got our BFP I leveled out at 97.18 for a few days before spiking. I don't think I've ever gotten EWCM, I think the wet is as far as I go. Which I've got so we will see. I think if this month isn't our month I may need to take a month off. I'm tired, and sore, and ooooover it.

@jojogirl: If you are the new Jenny Renny I'd like a reading please!

@dharmainitiative: I say test, I waste so many but it makes me feel better. Like I'm doing something to will the odds in my favor.

I don't know why but I so badly want my cycle to go back to normal. I'm more hung up on that than getting pregnant this month.

ETA: What a post of jumbled thoughts. I went back to work today to unpack my classroom and I was alone and thinking all day. Can you tell?

  17. ChuckNorris

    apricot / 368 posts

@Grace: YAYER!!!!!! I was seriously the happiest person EVER when I got my first ever positive OPK this cycle!!!!!!! WHOOOOO
@alison206: That's exactly how I felt this cycle, I am more happy that my chart looks normal than if it is a BFP chart... I'm just sick of getting complicated charts!!!!!!

  18. April_Showers

    cherry / 245 posts

    @Grace: Congrats!!!

So I POAS today after lunch and either its a very faint positive (that I think I am imaging) or its a BFN today. I feel slightly more disappointed than I expected....But there is always tomorrow!

ETA: I do have to say I feel exhausted! But it could just be that I am stuck at work...with no work to do bored to tears.

@April_Showers: did you save it? Post a pic! And test again with FMU tomorrow. Good luck!!

@Rachel: No...I tossed it. My co-workers are SUPER nosey and I didn't want to run the risk of them happening across it for any reason! They are waiting for any excuse to throw a party and since we just got married in April...they are trying to figure it out just as much as we are.

  21. Grace

    cantaloupe / 6730 posts

@alison206: It makes sense for you to want your cycle back to normal! That's step one in getting your sticky baby. :). Also, it makes it shorter which is less of a tease. I bet you are getting O any day now and then we will be POAS buddies and then we'll both get BFP and be due date twins!!! Lol- sorry. I'm a little giddy right now.

@April_Showers: It's a positive!!!!!!!! Take another one! And then show us!!!

  22. ladybee

    grapefruit / 4079 posts

@grace: from your keyboard to my ovaries ears! I like giddy, makes me hopeful!

@april_showers: OMG! Take another one and show us! My first BFP was so faint it barely showed in photos.

  23. April_Showers

@Grace: @alison206: I am planning on testing again in the morning I will upload a picture when I test!

Hey charting ladies! Question about FF. I've had the app for awhile, but havent started taking my temps yet (I put it next to my bed & am going to in the morning!). I had entered my periods in just to have it all together, but when I added the meds used to induce AF last time it made the day I started the meds day 1 instead of the first day of my period being day 1. I deleted the meds and hit save to see if it would go back, but it didn't how do I fix it so my period day 1 is my cycle day 1? thanks for any advice you might have! Looking forward to learning more about charting

  28. ChuckNorris

    apricot / 368 posts

@mrs. bird: Other than going to the date and entering in a medium or heavy flow on CD1, I'm not sure how to override it. My chart did wonky things to my CD1 when I checked the "miscarriage" box, kept changing my CD1 date and wouldn't change it back after deleting it... How I fixed it was just going through the dates in that cycle and deleting everything and going back and putting it back in later. Not sure if that's what's going on for you =( Weird! Sorry!!! Anyone else have any thoughts?

@mrs. bird: Oh and good luck, I hope you enjoy it!!! And I hope your stay with the charters thread is short lived and you get a BFP =) Charting is the bommmmb!

@mrs. bird: no advice about the CD 1 issue (except maybe try the FF forums or cust service?) but it's nice to see you on the charting thread

  31. ladybee

    grapefruit / 4079 posts

@mrsbird: hm no advice to give. I think when I used provera I never entered it, I just entered my flow. Maybe change your flow on your actual CD 1 or like PP said try googleing it or CS. Nice to see you here though!

    @April_Showers: SO???

@Grace: still evening out.... 97.18 again today.

  32. April_Showers

    cherry / 245 posts

So it's definitely a BFN. But my temps are still high and no sign of AF. So I will try again tomorrow.

  33. ladybee

    grapefruit / 4079 posts

@april_showers: 12dpo is still kinda early. Remind me again, is this your first cycle of BCP? Your chart looks beautiful!

  34. April_Showers

    cherry / 245 posts

No it's my third off BCP but my first actually temping.

  35. ladybee

    grapefruit / 4079 posts

@April_Showers: Well, stay positive. Your chart looks amazing and that dip is a great sign. 12dpo is still kinda early. My first BFP (ended in mc) was on 16dpo and I got a BFN on 14dpo so hang in there. It's not over till it's over!

  36. Grace

    cantaloupe / 6730 posts

@mrs. bird: Ugh, I had something stupid happen to me like that when I first started used FF too. Took me months to figure it out. Anyways, go to the full site (the app and the mobile version don't have it). Go to My Chart (on the left hand side). Then click the Data drop down menu (on the top). Under Cycle/Chart Management, there will be a spot you can click that says Change Start Date.

@alison206: Evening out is good. Mine looks like it going to start a "slow rise". I hate slow rises - always makes me feel like my body is doing it wrong.

    @April_Showers: Oh, Nerts!!!

  37. ladybee

    grapefruit / 4079 posts

@grace: I know what you mean but I think that's just in our heads. It doesn't make a difference or not if it's a slow rise or fast. Looking at my BFP chart and my last cycle, I had several days of 97.18 before O. Here is my BFP. I always go to it as my reference since well it ended in a BFP.

  38. Grace

    cantaloupe / 6730 posts

@alison206: Oh, I think 95% of the stuff I think lately is "just in my head"! ;P

  39. ladybee

    grapefruit / 4079 posts

@grace: I get it! I hate when people say "relax and it'll happen" or "don't think about it so much". Are you kidding? A. your relax comment implys I am doing something wrong and it's my fault I'm not pregnant and B. When you have to pee or are starving, do you think of anything else? It's consuming and it makes you a little crazy (or a lot crazy for me). I hope I O soon so we can be TWW buddies!

@alison206: Jenny Renny said this is your cycle, right?
