@Aprilshowers: Your chart this month looks just like @jojogirl's BFP chart! Wishing baby dust for you.
cantaloupe / 6206 posts
@ambular1025: I totally noticed that, it looks great, nice rise! And ambular your chart still looks great this month! When are you POAS?
pomelo / 5041 posts
@jojogirl: I haven't decided. I got so discouraged by the negative last month I'll try to wait awhile this time. I need my chart to go higher soon if I want it to be a BFP one I think. If it plateaus in temp it'll be just like all the rest.

@Grace: what would a temp spike mean at this point? I haven't had a + OPK this cycle yet!
honeydew / 7916 posts
I know I don't really care about my chart anymore but the huge temp drop is kind of disappointing - AF can't be on her way this early, and my mid-LP dips aren't this low.
cantaloupe / 6730 posts
@chibee: Lol - I rarely get pos OPK, so I always get excited for temp spikes.
@spaniellove: Unless there's been a miracle and it's implantation....
honeydew / 7916 posts
@Grace: That would be one heck of an unlikely miracle, but more pleasant than AF showing up this early.

@spaniellove: I agree with the others...7DPO dip usually = good things
@JoJoGirl: @ambular1025: I noticed that today too...and I am having a strange day. I am really tired, though I am pretty sure I slept ok, and I have already had some MAJOR brain farts this morning. I am thinking I may try and test Saturday, with absolutely NO expectations of positive.
pomelo / 5041 posts
@Spaniellove: I agree too! I think that's an implantation dip! Way too big and too early to be AF. Crossing my fingers for you. My dip on 7dp was only .2 degrees. I don't think that's enough to mean anything good.
@Aprilshowers: I'm excited for you to test.
cantaloupe / 6206 posts
@ambular1025: @April_Showers: I'm excited for both of you to test!! Your charts both look super promising. Except I can't keep your avatars straight.
pomelo / 5041 posts
@jojogirl: HAHA I hadn't noticed that. 2 B&W photos. Maybe I'll change mine later to make it easier.
honeydew / 7916 posts
@April_Showers: @ambular1025: Excited for you guys! Although @JoJoGirl is right, your avatars are totally similar!
@ambular1025: .2 degrees can definitely be a dip. It doesn't have to be all dramatic!
cherry / 245 posts
haha, they really are. Thats too funny.
@ambular1025: I changed mine. I had been thinking about it for a while.
@spaniellove: @JoJoGirl: Thanks guys. I feel like poop today! I hope I am not getting sick. I was telling DH and he told me to POAS...he is an awful enabler!
cantaloupe / 6206 posts
@April_Showers: Love the new avatar! I'm a pretty big enabler too so I will just keep my mouth shut over here.
@spaniellove: i'll be SUPER interested to see what your temp does tomorrow.. if it spikes, you are definitely going to hear it from the peanut gallery!
cherry / 245 posts
@JoJoGirl: Yes, your pretty bad too! haha, but its all good. Makes me feel a little more in it this month to be honest.
honeydew / 7916 posts
@April_Showers: Love your new pretty avatar!!
@JoJoGirl: And I would just chalk it up to being sick - I've had this cold since 1 dpo!
pomelo / 5041 posts
@jojogirl: You're right. If @spaniellove's temp spikes we're all gonna be calling for her to POAS.

Hi everyone! If you're curious... I got my EMB back. He says that the endometrium that he took a sample of was in fact secretory, but it correlated with menstrual day 17 when in fact I was menstrual day 23... So it was six days off. He said that's "really bad," that there's no way it could support a pregnancy. Unfortunately, the lab mixed up my tests, and ran an FSH/E2 instead of a Progesterone level. He said that without that, there's no way to know if it's that my ovaries do not produce enough Progesterone or that my endometrium does not respond to the Progesterone in my system. Either way, it's an LP defect. Today is CD1, so I'm on to cycle 7 now. I got some CD15 bloodwork to do, CD24 bloodwork to do, and a post-coital swab to do this cycle. And hopefully, barring the lab doesn't mess up my tests again, and that our swab is normal, I will be starting Clomid&Progesterone in November maybe hopefully!

@ChuckNorris: glad you got some answers! I think I'll be in the same boat (clomid/progesterone) in a couple months.
PS - post coital-swab sounds... interesting. Haha!
cantaloupe / 6397 posts
@ChuckNorris: I'm glad you have an action plan. I hope everything gets worked out really quickly :). Post-coitol swab sounds so.... awesome... lol.
cantaloupe / 6206 posts
@ChuckNorris: Grr I'd be so angry at the lab for screwing up my sample!!! But glad you have a plan and November isn't that far away. And yes, to echo.. post-coital swab...??
apricot / 368 posts
@Rachel: Well, maybe we will go through this whole Clomid/Progesterone thing together! It would be SO nice to be able to talk to someone going through it at the same time, though of course I hope you don't have to! When do you think you'll be starting it?
@sslm: Hey lady! Long time no "see" heheh. How's pregnant life?! How far along are you now?
@JoJoGirl: I'm a little angry, but..I dunno. Nothing I can do about it now. I was like, I dunno, like really? The luck I have. Hahaha.
@Rachel: @sslm: @JoJoGirl: Sorry I thought I had posted about the post coital swab on here but I guess not, getting my sites mixed up now! Haha. It's just to rule out a semen allergy, which is an asymptomatic response to semen where the woman's cervix attacks the sperm and basically acts like Gandalf and says YOU SHALL NOT PASS. During my fertile window sometime, we have sex, and within 2 hours I come in and he takes a swab of my CM and looks at it under a microscope - if the heads/tails are stuck together, we have to go straight to IUI/IVF. He doesn't think I have it, it's just to rule it out. So on October 4 at approximately 2 PM, hubby and I will have to do the deed and then I have to come into work for a pelvic exam...YES! Looking forward to it! Hahah.
honeydew / 7916 posts
@ChuckNorris: That's so frustrating that they ran the wrong test! I hope the answers you're getting will move you forward! And...good luck with that post-coital swab
cantaloupe / 6397 posts
@ChuckNorris: LOL. Gandolf... amazing. Life is good, I am 11w2d and we heard the hb with the doppler yesterday!! We're working on spreading the news now
pomelo / 5073 posts
@ChuckNorris: Grrr!!!! I'm shaking my fist at the lab people. I dont' get how people can run the wrong tests. I am glad you learned some things. Hopefully, it can all get worked out and you get your take home baby!
pomelo / 5041 posts
@chucknorris: good that you've gotten some good info and have a plan. I'd think that would feel good. Like @Rachel, I may be in that boat shortly too, so I'll be curious to hear your story, in preparation for possibly my own. Good luck with your future tests!
pear / 1974 posts
negative OPK this afternoon (1:30pm), positive OPK just now (8pm) - confirmed with a little smiley on the digital! I get really excited for these OPK positives! Also realized, when you suspect you might be around the time of LH surge, it's important to test twice!!
apricot / 368 posts
@JoJoGirl: @sslm: Lol, I know right? My RE is hysterical. When he was describing my ovaries, he said it's like a car that has a dead battery, so when I'm supposed to ovulate it's like you're turning the key but it doesn't start, complete with sound effects and all...
@spaniellove: Thank you SO much! =)
To everyone else - I'm off to school, I will respond to everyone else later. You guys are the bomb!
grapefruit / 4703 posts
@ChuckNorris: @ambular1025: my appointment is on Oct 16th, which is right around O time, so I'm thinking November at the earliest. I agree it will be so nice not to go through it alone!
LOL @ the Gandalf reference
pomelo / 5041 posts
@Rachel: That pic is so funny! After this cycle ends, about September 28th, I'll set up an appt with an OBGYN for some testing. I have a feeling if she foresees an issue I'll be on meds pretty quickly. I'll keep you posted.
cantaloupe / 6730 posts
@ChuckNorris: wow, it totally sounds like you got some answers! Maybe not the whole story, but a decent chunk, anyways. How are you feeling about things?
@chibee: Whoohoo!
cantaloupe / 6206 posts
@chibee: Finally!! Yeah!!!
@Rachel: You need to photoshop a bunch of sperm around him.
@spaneillove: THAT IS QUITE AN INTERESTING TEMP YOU HAVE THERE TODAY, MISSY. Notsayinganythingfurther.
honeydew / 7916 posts
@JoJoGirl: Oh, uh, yeah. I don't know if it's just my chart doing it's usual dip and spike thing or what! But I do have OSOM tests arriving from Amazon today...I wanted to know if there was anything in there at all and just not sticking or nada, and OSOM are supposed to be the best.
