@Ambular1025: OMG!!!! I think you that puts you firmly back in the game, lady!!!! Hurry up and test, I can't take this anymore!!

@Ali: You're so sweet. I really want to wait a day or two to test to make sure there's enough HCG surging. IDK if I can face another BFN right away. But I will definitely be telling you guys first! I'm crossing my own fingers, lol.

Quick question - is anyone's post-O temp really, really close to their coverline? Is this normal?? this is my chart: http://www.fertilityfriend.com/home/3d06b9
cherry / 245 posts
I know you got positives those two days...but I am wondering if you didn't O the day before. That would make your temps make more sense. It would drop your coverline to about 97.55 and you would be able to see two distinct and separate temp levels.
pomelo / 5041 posts
@chibee: Are you sure that your temp is accurate on day 14? I see it's a white circle. If that temp was lower, your coverline would be much lower. @April_Showers could be right too about your o date, but hard to believe if you got a + on the OPK after that.

Meh! This cycle really sucks!! My first cycle was texbook - well, it was a little long and I O'd quite late - but it was my first cycle off BCP so I expected worse... This cycle - grrrr!!!! My temps only went back to normal for one day post m/c (on CD6) and now they've shot up again (CD8). Not amused!!

@Ali, I'm with you! My temp is still high but a BFN this morning. Decided to move my chart back to going off of the monitor readings and it brings me back to day 12. So I'm expecting AF on Friday. I'm not out until she gets here!

@Ambular1025: Oh no!!!! I saw your name appear as the last person to update the thread and I got butterflies in my tummy!! I'm gutted you still don't have that BFP.... There's still time lady, keep us in the loop....!

@April_Showers: Bummer about AF Showed for me today, too. See you in the October thread

@chibee: Looks like your temp listened and moved away from the coverline!

@ambular1025: Your chart still totally looks good! Fingers crossed!
pear / 1974 posts
@April_Showers: I use digital OPKs, so those were definite positives on those days!
@Ambular1025: you are right, on CD14, I took the temperature 2 hours later than I normally do, so I just discarded it, but the coverline still remained the same. I did get a higher temp this morning though! Idk what that is about!
pear / 1974 posts
@Rachel: yes finally!! I hate taking my temperature it seriously never does what I want it to!!!
cherry / 245 posts
@Rachel: Boo! Oh well on to next month. I have a much better feeling about this month than last!
@chibee: I C. Um...then I don't know. I think your chart looks fine though, even if the coverline seems a little high. Maybe your temps are really sensitive. A couple of the girls here noticed temp differences for every little thing. Mine really don't change at all regardless of whats going on, so I can't really help you there except just to throw it out there.

@ambular1025: Boo to the BFN, but your chart is looking fantastic. I wouldn't get discouraged yet!

@ambular1025: I still think that could be an implantation dip! Give it another couple of days!
pomelo / 5041 posts
Thanks @jojogirl! You're always super supportive. I think I've just come to the conclusion that it's just not my month and have prepared myself for the greeting of AF, but if things turn around it would make my year. I hope you're right.
cantaloupe / 6206 posts
@ambular1025: One of these days it WILL be your month. Don't lose faith.
pomelo / 5041 posts
@jojogirl: Per Jenny Renny that month is November, so if she's right, it's not too far off and I can wait. Scheduled a meeting with an OB/GYN for fertility testing today but she can't get me in until my bday on October 25th. That would be the end of next month's cycle, so it may not be until November that I could try to even do anything about it if she found something. I feel good knowing I've taken the next step though.

@Grace: yep, thanks for the reassurance, love that you're so matter of fact! Keeps it in perspective
@ambular1025: crossing my fingers for you. Are you on FF? I would add you to my friends list but I can't find you!
I feel like I'm in the pre-TWW, two-week wait right now... you know, the two weeks BEFORE you ovulate, waiting to know if I did, or not! Starting to wish I'd stopped the BCP longer ago, I'm so impatient Glad I have you ladies to chat to so I don't drive my poor DH mad talking 'shop' all the time to him...
pomelo / 5041 posts
@evenstar982: We're already friends! I see you on my friends list. Do you not see me? And I wish I'd have stopped BCP sooner too. You're not alone.

@evenstar982: @ambular1025 didn't change her nickname, she's the number one that ends in 913.

@ambular1025: oh yes so we are! thanks @Grace for clearing up the mystery number-friend!
pomelo / 5041 posts
@Grace and @Evenstar: I thought it did that automatically because that's my user name. My bad. I think I got it changed. AF came today so onto cycle 7.
honeydew / 7916 posts
@ambular1025: Ugh that sucks. I mean really sucks. And I'm not far behind you. I started spotting heavily today and am having major cramping so I think AF will be here today or tomorrow...onto cycle 7 too.
pomelo / 5041 posts
@Spaniellove: At least we're in it together and my issue may also be MI due to my hubby's age. He's getting tested next week I think and my appt with the OBGYN is right at the end of my next cycle (due to wait times) so hopefully soon we'll have some answers. If it's IUI or IVF I'm ready to get on it, lol.
honeydew / 7916 posts
@ambular1025: Did they tell you about how many days he has to abstain beforehand? They didn't tell DH and we ended up arguing before the 1st SA - he claimed he didn't have to go by what I read on the internet, and it turned out the dr just forgot to tell him. Not that I hope you have to go through IVF, but I really hope you get some answers that get you closer to a BFP!
pomelo / 5041 posts
@Spaniellove: no they didn't tell him. He may be going in to meet with the urologist first, and then setting up the SA for a separate appointment. But it would be good to know how many days he needs to abstain.
honeydew / 7916 posts
@ambular1025: They'll probably have him set it up separately to make sure it's done right. It's usually no less than 2-3 days since his last, um, donation, and no more than 5-7 days (they start dying off after a while and release toxins).
cantaloupe / 6206 posts
@ambular1025: OMG NOOOOOOOO. I'm glad you have an appt, thought. And Jenny Renny said 1 more.. @spaniellove: sorry
grapefruit / 4703 posts
@ambular1025: @spaniellove: it's funny how many of us are on the same cycle (7) - nice to have people to "talk" to who are in similar boats (except @JoJoGirl who went and got herself knocked up!! haha kiddinggg, I'm glad you're still sticking around here for moral support!)
cantaloupe / 6206 posts
@Rachel: I know, I'm like the black sheep, ha ha. I'm even more bummed now that *when* you all get your BFPs, we won't even be on the same month thread together, booooo. Maybe then we can just start a "we used to be on the charters thread" thread?!
Well regardless, no I am not going anywhere so if you guys want to kick me out, let me know
