@ambular1025: haha I totally could have written that last paragraph. Hang in there - the TWW will fly by when you're busy!
pomelo / 5041 posts
@Rachel: Thanks! Your temps are all skyrockety right now. Crossing my fingers for good news for you! I am actually loving being so busy at work, during the TWW. It's an amazing gift, haha.

@ambular1025: a distracted tww is the way to go! At least it goes quick and is easier. I'm waiting for a peak, however FF thinks I already O'd based on my high temps but I don't think I have.

@evenstar982: Heehee, there were a couple of hellobee polls and I think most people were in the 2-3 times a week range.
@ambular1025: I think I have the same attitude as you. I don't think it will happen without help, so I'm a little mellow. DH has suddenly got all gung-ho though. I don't think he likes that I seem to have given up on it just magically happening one day.

@Happygal: Welcome! Your link doesn't go anywhere for me (unless you have no data, and that's why there is no chart?)
pomelo / 5041 posts
@alison206: I don't think you have either, especially if the monitor is still at High. I bet it's close though!
@grace: Isn't it funny that the minute you calm down about it that he gets motivated? That's good though. One of you always needs hope. But ya, it does help me from getting too excited or too worried lol.
grapefruit / 4079 posts
@ambular1025: we stayed in a hotel all weekend, stayed up late, drank and slept in. I think my temps are messy from that. To you and @grace: I'm glad you are at peace with possibly needing help but I hate to think you're giving up. I'll stay optimistic for you both!
grapefruit / 4079 posts
@evenstar982: we are typically once a weekers but ttc has changed that. I'm better with EOD than dh is but he works horribly long hours so he's worn out by the time I get to him.
pomelo / 5041 posts
@alison206: Thank you. You're so sweet. I'm not giving up but the odds just don't help me be positive. At some point you just have to come to terms with it versus keep getting your hopes up. I always hope I'll be wrong and get surprised with a BFP.
Ya drinking and sleeping in can definitely affect your temps. I really hope you get a BFP this month!
pomelo / 5000 posts
@Grace--thanks for letting me know. I admit that I'm guilty of not reading through instructions, so I'm learning as I go. I monkeyed around with the FF settings and hope there is something to see now.
cantaloupe / 6730 posts
@alison206: Thanks. I guess because I know that we'll have kids one way or another, it doesn't bother me that we will probably need drugs.
@Happygal: It works now. Looks good!
cantaloupe / 6206 posts
@ambular: your chart looks GREAT!!! Look at those temps climb! Where the heck are your CH? Have you tried removing the cervical position data? Sometimes stuff like that really throws off FF if it doesn't fit in exactly to the computer's algorithm.
@alison206: So strange about all the Hs. I wonder if the bloodwork does explain that though.
@spaniellove: how are you doing, lady? No more charting?

Hi everyone! Just checking in! I'm 7DPO today! The TWW has dragged!! Even if it's not my month, I will still be glad to put this cycle behind me, with it's weird temps and conflicting signs!!
honeydew / 7916 posts
@JoJoGirl: Not bothering to chart anymore; I feel like the only good it could do for me at this point is pinpointing O. Like @ambular and @grace I feel like (well actually I know) it's not going to happen without help so I'm just passing the time between appointments! How are you feeling?

Good Morning !
When I try to share my chart, the link it doesn't show any info. Can anyone else see my charts?
grapefruit / 4703 posts
@spaniellove: how sad, but I feel the same way as you, @Grace: and @ambular1025. I'm still charting, but I feel like I'm just going through the motions until I can get some treatments going (which at this point looks like not until the 1 year mark in April, but we'll see)
cantaloupe / 6730 posts
@Rachel: It doesn't seem fair that you have to wait all the way till April. This is an insurance thing, right? Could you not get a progesterone prescription from your dr and just pay out of pocket for the time being? And sorry, you've probably covered all this already, but I get people mixed up.
grapefruit / 4703 posts
@Grace: I just wrote about it on the infertility support thread, but basically my doctor is a moron. Ok, that was mean, but she seemed completely unconcerned with my 9-10 day LP because my cycles are 29 days long. But I ovulate late, and I showed her that in my charts. I'm having all of my hormone levels checked, so hopefully once that's done she'll get me some progesterone.
cantaloupe / 6730 posts
@Rachel: Oh good! I'm glad that you don't have to sit on your hands until April. If it makes you feel any better, my doc didn't "believe" in charting either.
honeydew / 7916 posts
@Rachel: That's so annoying! If by any chance your doctor doesn't get more proactive about this LP issue, you can always get some progesterone cream. It's not the most helpful form of progesterone, but it's something.
pomelo / 5041 posts
@jojogirl: If I tell it to go off of the temps alone I get crosshairs, so I know it's the monitor readings which are off or confusing it, so I've just been ok with not having any crosshairs, as I know I ovulated lol and it has me not counting the days as much.
@rachel: Your temps look great! I saw that kind of rise and fall pattern on a lot of pregnant charts in the gallery and it's a totally different pattern than last month for you! I go in to see an OB/GYN about everything on the 25th and I feel she'll probably be of the same mentality as your provider, but we'll see.
@alison206: Hang in there with the H's. It's really common in the first time you use the monitor. I think you're probably pretty close to a P.
@Ali: Hang in there girl! 7 days is only about 4-5 away from a possible BFP. You're so close.
@Spaniellove: It is a bummer not being able to monitor your chart anymore, lol.

Hi bees! Hope everyone is doing well. I've kinda faded away from HB again... But I'm back...again. Same questions as usual. Will you take my O poll? What do you think about this cycle, anov?
http://www.fertilityfriend.com/home/totesmahgoats
Allow me to explain all the missing temps. I had trouble getting started this cycle (sick, travel, etc) and then at 4DPO, I LOST my dang thermometer. Seriously? Who does that. I started bleeding today which is when I usually do at 10 DPO, like dripping into the toilet, and it stopped. So I'm not sure what to think. I bet CD1 will be tomorrow. Will work on catching up with all you ladies now! =)
apricot / 368 posts
@ambular1025: & @Grace: I have the same tude as both of you, also. Knowing that I will probably need meds/IUI, I'm just kinda like eh, whatever. This cycle I did kinda get my hopes up because my labs showed I may have ovulated on my own, possibly, but it quickly went away with my low temps and BFN's. Hugs to you ladies!!!!!
honeydew / 7916 posts
@ChuckNorris: Hmm, it's hard to say - you have a slight rise but it's not sustained? I had 2 thoughts while looking at your chart, that either you didn't O or you did and maybe you need progesterone to help sustain your LP. I'm sorry about AF!
@ambular1025: It's like a huge weight has been lifted not having those temps to think about! Since I can be reasonably sure +/- 1 day when I O'ed and I'm fairly certain we're not getting a BFP just through BD, I don't get those emotional highs and lows anymore.
pomelo / 5041 posts
@spaniellove: There really is something to be said for not experiencing the high's and lows anymore. This has been my calmest cycle mentally and I just have to ensure I continue it even though my temps look good...because the bottom always falls out eventually.
cantaloupe / 6206 posts
@ambular1025: Just innocently pointing out that your temps have never climbed like this before. *ducks back out*
pomelo / 5041 posts
@jojogirl: I know! Trying hard not to think about it, because there's still about 6 days til AF and things could always change. But you're very right, it does look really good so far.
cantaloupe / 6206 posts
@ambular1025: How many dpo do you think you are again? I can't keep track without ch.
cantaloupe / 6730 posts
@ambular1025: Yeah, I'm in love with your chart. I'm excited for you!!!
pomelo / 5041 posts
@jojogirl: I think somewhere between 6 and 9 dpo.
@grace: thank you. I'm glad you guys are excited for me since I'm not letting myself be.

Hi Bees! This is my first good attempt at charting and I'm curious to know what you think of my chart so far. FF app tells me my "predicted" O date was the 15th (CD18) but my CM is telling me otherwise.. my temps seem wacky but I'm not used to reading them, so I could be wrong haha.
Thoughts? I appreciate it!!
clementine / 957 posts
Also, it doesn't show in my charts (I can't show more than 2 at a time I think) but my cycles are usually 30-32 days. The 28 day cycle was a strange occurance for me.
apricot / 368 posts
@spaniellove: Thanks so much for the response! I think your right about the progesterone, goes right along with my LPD. Sigh. Bleeding STILL hasn't fully started yet, but oh well. Over it!! lol
cantaloupe / 6730 posts
@kpow: Yeah, they are somewhat wacky, but I find that usually happens until a few days before O (also, except for a few low temps, there is a bit of a pattern). Also, ignore the "predicted O date". Unless you are super regular, it likely will never be accurate.
@ChuckNorris: I'm sorry, sweetie. Remind me, this cycle wasn't mediacated or anything, right? ...I'm going to have to start a spreadsheet, I keep forgetting what everyone's "story" is! Lol - that's not weird, right?
apricot / 284 posts
@alison206: @Grace: I'd have to say I think any Hellobee poll would be skewed a bit over the 'average' since there will be a lot of TTC ladies answering it?! But anyway, there's no such thing as 'normal' or 'average' really anyway right?
@ambular1025: dang lady that is one pretty chart!
apricot / 284 posts
oh and @Grace: spreadsheet sounds like a GREAT idea to me! shame there's no way to share it to keep us all up to date!
pomelo / 5041 posts
@evenstar982: Thanks!
@grace & @evenstar982: That would be really cool! Especially if we could each update it as things happened. Not sure how to make that happen lol.
