I snagged this baby for $37! It's super sturdy and solid (even inside the cabinets). Now I just gotta figure out what color I should paint it.
It's going to go into our storage room that's supposed to be our dining room, so it's an empty canvas! I'd love to get some inspiration

I think it has a pretty finish, but you could always paint it to make it an accent piece too!

@swedishfish: I'm thinking of painting it a fun color. It'll be a first for me! My house is mainly neutral, beige, white, browns. But this will be in it's own room, so I'm open for anything!
@runsyellowlites: I actually like the finish now. But I've always wanted to refinish something and I think this will be my kick in the pants to finally do something with that room!

I don't think you can really go wrong on either end of the spectrum.... We painted G's large dresser a rich bright yellow before P was born to go with his superhero room! He doesn't like it (says it's too bright) but I love it! lol

@swedishfish: @heartonastring: I looked up robin egg blue hutches and found these. I it! I originally wanted that room painted a sky blue color, but now I'm leaning towards a lighter shade. This would be a great compromise. Hmmmmm.

I love the multiple colors in the first one... this one is grey (or I guess more taupe) with a light robins egg type blue around the "framing" on the open part. (worst descript ever. lol)
