I was born in '83... so I was too young to take in the true 80s trends as a teenager... but I def remember having the BLOWOUT bangs, that stuck straight up.... that I hair sprayed the crap out of!
Also - folding my jeans, tshirts with the plastic clips on the side, and the big wire glasses that covered half my face!

Overalls with one strap on and one strap off! I was super young, but I got a little action in the MC Hammer pants. I also went through a Punky Brewster phase where I wore lots of different colors and mismatching socks.

Colored jeans that were a bit too short. Rolling jeans and wearing three pairs of stacked socks. Banana clips.
Thankfully, even though I graduated high school in '95, I never did the awful teased bang thing.

Neon! Banana clips, spandez shorts, MC hammer pants, layered scrunchy socks, shirts with holes over the shoulders, jeans with heart shaped holes in back on your calf, perms, Sun-In highlights, hairsprayed bangs and sides and rolling jeans.

I remember trying to hairspray my hair, but it was too fine and would flop down. So tried it just once...
Z cavariccis. Folding the bottom of my pants... Tying button down or jackets around my waist... I'm sure there were tons more.
