Computer - I love my laptop! I have used DH's iPad and I much prefer my pc.

I love my tablet, but if I could only have one I'd pick a computer. A tablet can do most anything, but a computer can do everything a tablet can do plus everything else too.

A tiny little 11 or 13 inch laptop!

I picked computer. BUT... if my iPAD could properly handle excel I would have no need for my computer. (I assume we are talking about home use. I would always pick computer for work).

I need both! I use a computer 8 hours a day at work, and if I get online at home it's my tablet.

computer, I really don't need my tablet if my phone is nearby.

Both are necessary to me. BUT our tablets gets way more use since they are easier to use around the kids (no keyboard smashing, etc).
