This Christmas my dad is in Austria and my sister is in Japan. What are some good gift ideas?
For my sister I was thinking a card with money, but I'd feel weird giving my dad cash lol.
Any ideas?

I have my sister, her husband and my 2 nephews in Japan and it's really hard to send presents!
Shipping has gotten SO expensive. What we are doing this year is that we bought gifts for the boys that are as small and light as possible and the family is all pitching in to help with shipping. For my sister and her husband, we get them gift cards to amazon Japan. It's not very exciting. -
Any other ideas?

Maybe find some stores local to them that will deliver? Amazon Austria? lol

Shipping is one thing, and if you are sending something expensive, you will end up having to declare the contents and paying VAT.
I am terrible at these kinds of gift ideas, my suggestions are always very utilitarian, lol.
