I knew it was too good to be true. LO had been a dream to put down to sleep for about 3 weeks now.

She turned 4 months yesterday.

Then tonight happened. Her bedtime was pushed an hour early because her nap ended earlier, but i dont think it was a big deal. It took me 2 hours to get her to sleep! I must have been in and out of her room 5 times, with her screaming and crying as soon as her head hits the mattress.

This happened a month ago at 3 months, right around the time she rolled over. For about a week, it would take us 1-2 hours to get her to finally fall asleep. Lately i notice she has much better head control, and is trying to roll from back to front.

What do you do during sleep regressions? Do you hold off on CIO until it passes? Does it work if you do it during this time?
