I have been really wanting to get the Clarisonic Mia! TTC has NOT been nice to my skin so I'm needing some help. I've been looking at it for months but can't seem to pull the trigger. I was going to see if any of you have used it. Here is a link if you're not familiar

I LOVE LOVE LOVE mine. I don't have terrible skin anymore, but the Clairisonic makes it look like it did when I was on Accutane, way back when. It's kind of a pain (and $$) to keep buying the new heads, but I think it's worth it.

How often do you buy replacement heads? And do you just use your normal face wash with it? I've been curious.... do you put the soap on your face or on the Mia?
I'm glad to hear a good review - makes me want it more!

@Mrs.VW: It's recommended to replace the heads every two months, I think. I don't do it quite that often. Yes, I use whatever face wash I have on hand, and I put it on the Mia. Usually Cetaphil, but I'm going to start trying raw African black soap with it soon.

I voted "Not Worth The Money" but to be honest I haven't owned one. It just seems SOO expensive for what it is.
I wanted one myself, but couldnt justify the expense so bought the Olay Pro-X instead.

I find it better when I put the exfoliating scrub on my face first, THEN use the pro-x. Otherwise the scrub just spins off when I turn on the Pro-X.

i've done facials, i have exfoliators and scrubs galore...and i, too, was a doubter of the mia's amazingness.
until i bought one.
this thing is the real deal. it scrubs and polishes my face faster and better than i ever could. my skin cleared up within 2 weeks and has never felt better. i LOVE it!

I have the full-sized clairsonic, and LOVE ITTTT. I've always had breakouts, etc. and this makes me clean so soft!
There's def a period of adjustment in the beginning (I broke out the first couple times), but after that? LOVE

I have the drugstore Olay version and I LOVE it!! It totally clears up my breakouts and makes my skin a lot more radiant. It only cost about $25 and I've had it for almost 2 years now and it still works great.

I really, really wanted one, but the price tag scared me away for something that might not work. So I tried the Olay one instead. While I haven't noticed any STELLAR results, combined with my new oil-cleansing method, I think its doing the trick. I'd recommend trying the Olay one first before shelling out the big bucks!

i have the mia and i am still on the fence. maybe because i'm dealing with pregnancy acne, so it can't be of much help? i'm still holding onto it, but i haven't loved it as much as i hoped.

I like mine, but I can't say "love, love." I would still recommend it though. FYI...my mom's dermatologist said that the Mia and the Olay use totally different technology, so the price for the better technology (different spinning, etc) I think is worth it.

Or when it gets really obvious that I need to. If you don't wear a lot of makeup, you can get by with replacing them less often. (I probably replace mine 2-3 times a year. I think you're supposed to do it every three months).

I have the regular clarisonic & I absolutely love it! I hate having to buy the replacement heads as mentioned above, but it isn't too bad & I usually just snag one online so it isn't a hassel.

I love mine and probably should replace the head soon. Probably am way overdue on that one. My skin has never looked better. I always have had awful skin and this just cleared it up. Definitely worth it.

Just an update - I did go and get the Mia on Friday after reading all your posts and the reviews on Sephora. I am LOVING it so far! I know it's only been 3 days but I can already tell a difference. My skin is much softer and feels like it's actually absorbing the cream I put on it at night. I felt like before it just sort of sat on my skin. I'm so glad I didn't wait any longer.
And the woman that sold it to me did say that it's different than the drugstore version because of how many times it oscillates a minute (something like 300 times a minute!) and that the bristles aren't as long and as softer.

I have one... I like it OK. I don't think it has changed my life honestly... I think it was worth the money because it makes my face feel clean, but it hasn't cleared up my acne or lightened my scarring as far as I can tell..

Did any of you experience dry skin about a week in? That's what I have now so I'm thinking of only using it once a day for a few days. Or I wonder if I need a heavier moisturizer? Thoughts?

Ok, so I'm about 3-4 weeks in to using the Mia and I haven't seen much improvement. Is that normal? About how long does it usually take?
