Are there any toys that went away and now are coming back as "classic" toys that you really loved? I just saw this cash register in store the other day. I feel this terrible itch to buy it. It was one of my favorite toys as a kid.

We have the record player and the telephone. Love them.

We have a lot of classic Fisher Price toys that our parents saved! I think they are better quality than how they make them now.

I got D a farm for his bday which is very similar to the one I loved growing up and I'm definitely getting him some Lincoln logs...

We also have the record player and the telephone. The phone makes me laugh because I keep thinking that's probably the only rotary phone Bennett will ever see.

@Mrs Green Grass: We have DH's Lincoln logs from him as a kid and my kids LOVE them!!

@daniellemybelle: Same here! My aunt saved a bunch of her boy's toys which we're slowly inheriting. The quality is 10x better/sturdier than current day plastic.
