I'm getting really frustrated with my cleaning crew. They come every other week, and its a guessing game as to what time they will show up. They're supposed to be here at 2:30pm. I've asked them not to come earlier, but they have come at 2pm a few times. It's now 3:30pm, and no sign. I kindof feel like I'm being unreasonable for not being OK with this, but it's really frustrating sitting around waiting for them. And it always results in a overtired baby, since I can't put him down for a nap in the room they need to clean. Occasionally I get a text from the owner (who doesn't come herself), to tell me they'll be late, but usually nothing. And I tried asking her to send a text when they were on their way, but that didn't work either.

So is it unreasonable to fire them if they don't show up by 4pm? (They don't have a key). If they do show up soon, my plan is to leave the house to occupy DS since he'll be calm in the car at least. I'm going to look for a new service regardless, since I'm tired of this.
