Did you have one? Have you been to one? My shower was coed and we had it at the minor league baseball stadium. But I'm throwing one for a friend and we're just going to do it at home. Any ideas for games? She's not very into the traditional baby shower games.... but I think it might be fun to have a couple of things going on other than talking, eating, and opening gifts.

We had a coed shower thrown by my friends at a local restaurant and DH picked up the bar tab for beer and wine and it was a good time for everyone.
As for games...my friends did a bingo game with gifts and a create a custom page for baby's first ABC book activity. Good times for the girls and kids but none of the guys really participated. They were too busy talking about sports, etc! -
@autumnlove: Tell me more about the ABC book activity! Sounds like fun. I'm ok if the boys don't participate in things like that, they can go talk about boy things while we do that.

My friend brought white scrapbook paper and art supplies.. She gave the people who wanted to participate a smaller piece of paper with a letter on it. They decorated the page with a word starting with the letter. I have i is for ice cream, a is for apple, x is for xylophone, etc.
I had so much fun finishing the pages that weren't completed at my shower!

yep! DH and husbands were invited to my baby shower. I was new to the area so ours was really small.. ~15 people.

I've been to one. It was basically the same as a normal one except that it was at night, there was alcohol and there were guys. It was actually really fun, because we played the game where you taste the baby food and try to guess what it was, and the guys got really into it.

My baby shower was coed. I have a lot of guy friends, and it would have been weird not to invite them. We didn't play any games though, just had a big brunch, chatted and opened gifts.

Mine was co-ed but we didn't really play any games. There was a table set up where guests decorated bibs with paint and iron-ons. Some of the guys participated in that.
Other co-ed showers I've been to had a game where guys raced to chug a baby bottle full of beer. It's pretty funny to watch. Another game was melting different types of chocolate candy bars in a diapers and having guests guess what they are.

I've attended a co-ed one. There was beer for the guys and they included guy games to get them involved like who can change the doll's diaper the fastest, who can empty their baby bottle the fastest while drinking through the nipple, they poured different types of beer in a cup and you had to guess what type of beer was in the cup, etc.
